Welcome

Hello!  I have just begun this blog as a way to keep track of my exercise progress, in a public forum, to hopefully get me motivated on lazy nights when I'd rather sip hot chocolate and watch a movie while eating fudge.  Several of my friends will be joining me in this effort, and so the blog will be multi-authored.  The goal is to have friendly, casual conversations about fitness in a non-judgmental and encouraging environment.  Even so, firm nudges in the right direction are always appreciated.  We will each share the details of our fitness routines and check in about once a week with our progress.  Also, occasional articles or tidbits on exercise and healthy eating will appear.
