Welcome

Hello!  I have just begun this blog as a way to keep track of my exercise progress, in a public forum, to hopefully get me motivated on lazy nights when I'd rather sip hot chocolate and watch a movie while eating fudge.  Several of my friends will be joining me in this effort, and so the blog will be multi-authored.  The goal is to have friendly, casual conversations about fitness in a non-judgmental and encouraging environment.  Even so, firm nudges in the right direction are always appreciated.  We will each share the details of our fitness routines and check in about once a week with our progress.  Also, occasional articles or tidbits on exercise and healthy eating will appear.

If anyone else would like to join in this project and share their fitness goals and progress, leave a comment!

  1. I'm glad we are starting to get this together! I have been kind of good with going to work out...with my school schedule and with working at Ann Taylor on Sundays (which won't last for much longer), I am striving to work out two days a week. When I quit Ann Taylor, I will work toward two days during the week and one on the weekend.
    It's been much more difficult to make myself go on my own, but I have finally found some friends to go with, so that helps a LOT!

  2. I'm glad we are too! I think this will definitely help me stay on track better. Having friends to go to the gym with DEFINITELY helps.
